- Mugwort / Black Sage – used to cleanse energy and get rid of negativity, bring clarity deepen one’s intuition, and stimulate dreams.
- Palo Santo – known as the “Holy Wood” purifies and cleanses spaces, eliminates negative energy, creates a relaxing atmosphere, prepares your mind for meditation, and stimulates creativity.
- Sage is used to cleanse and clear out negative energies and must be followed by Palo Santo which sets positive energies using your intentions.
