Shipping Policy

All orders for our products are processed and shipped out in 4-10 business days. Orders may not be shipped on holidays or weekends. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, you will be contacted via telephone or email.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirmation. Once your order has been shipped, we will email you your tracking information.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address is correct. There is a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Do contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

Return and Refund

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on items unless they are received damaged. If your item is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt, sending a picture of the invoice and item/s to email goddessholistichaven.com. If not we will be unable to do so.

We do not offer refunds or cancellations unless it was an error on our part.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report to the local authorities.
